This wonderful lacquered iron cube named “Prensa” is definitely one of my favourite pieces from Spanish designer extraordinaire Inés Benavides. Prensa can stand alone as an art piece, or it can be a functional piece in any interior.

Prensa has the quality to break a space visually, add or complement a space with a punch of colour, (prensa is available in many sizes and colours), or in this case add a sense of sophistication with the gold finish. What I love about this piece is the imperfect/perfection, pure wabi-sabi. It owns a unique beauty that is imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete, but something I am confident in is that “Prensa” will make your space memorable.
